  • How much are installs and services?

    Installs are priced depending on the type of  design you choose to do.  If you have a budget, we can customize different options that best suit your event. 

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    If you choose to cancel, you must give a one week notice in order to revieve 20% of your deposit back. If it is less than one weeks notice, your deposit cannot be returned due to materials paid and preperation of your event. We  understand life happens and plans can change, but it does cover the materials and time that went into making your event special. 

  • What is your weather policy?

    If it is a outdoor install, we will continue to set up unless there is a high chance of rain that could potentially ruin our rentals or set ups. If there is an option to set up indoors or under a covered area, that would be prefferred to help from bad weather or high heat that could effect the quality of the balloons.


    For our bounce house rental, if there is higher than 40% chance of rain and thunderstorms we can choose to cancel. This is for the safety of our clients,  our bounce house, and our staff setting it up and taking it down. 


  • What is your rental agreement?

    Our rental agreement is to assure our rentals are left in good condition to our clients at drop off and it remains in good condition until pickup. In the case any of our rentals are broken or stolen under the clients responsibility, the client will be held responsible and replaced by the client. The rental agreement will be signed at drop off. 

  • How long do balloons last?

    Balloon garlands can last up to 6 weeks if kept indoors. They are a great investment for events. If kept outdoors, they last about a couple days because of the weather. 

  • Can we customize our services?

    Of course! We can customize each setup within your budget. Colors, themes, backdrops, balloon colors and sizes, and vinyl lettering. 

  • Do I have to pay a deposit?

    Yes. We collect 50% deposit to hold your rentals and balloon orders for that day. It is to ensure all materials needed for your event is covered, and we can schedule and plan all of our events accordingly with yours in priority. 

  • Do we deliver?

    Yes we do deliver to surrounding Houston areas. Please know there will be a delivery fee included in your total.
